Sit at the macrocarpa leaner and enjoy a platter and drinks overlooking the harbour. The area is generally very peaceful with lots of interesting boating going past The property has its own car park. A fantastic restaurant - Top Sail, is 2 minutes walk away bookings essential. Kick back and soak up the views and atmosphere..Great for walking/biking/kayaking. Many golf courses an easy drive away.
Air conditioning/Heat Pump, fridge/freezer,small kitchenette, Nespresso, washer/drier, dishwasher, TV with Sky Sport, and DVD, TV in main bedroom which can be tuned to a different channel, electric blankets, reading lights, heated towel rail and large shower. 10 minutes to Whangarei Central, bus stop just up the road, close to airport. Onerahi shopping centre is a few minutes drive and hosts a supermarket, takeaways, chemist, hairdressers, bookshop and dairy. Flames Restaurant, Bar & Event Centre is just over 2km away.
This is a fantastic base to see Northland, or to work from short term.
